DELI-GOOD LUNCHEON ENTRÉES

All state-rate lunch selections are
priced at $9.00 per serving.
More expensive luncheon entrees can be found on Deli-Good’s Full Catering Menu.
Ordering Information
· Lunch entrees may be served either plated or buffet style, depending on
the total number of meals ordered.
· Buffets are set up to serve a minimum of 25 people, and include one
meat entrée selection and one vegetarian entrée selection.
· When less than 25 meals are served, entrees are plated and served at your table.
· If you are ordering for less than 25 people, please limit your selection
to two entrees per function.
· If you need to order for less than 15 people, please consult with your
event planner to discuss options.
· All cold lunch entrées include a beverage. All hot lunch entrées include garden
salad, choice of vegetable, rice or potato, freshly baked dinner rolls, and beverage.
You may add soup du Jour to any cold entrée for an additional cost per person.
· Dessert is not included in the per-person cost—with the exception of the
State-Rate Daily Lunch Buffet. A separate a la carte menu is available for dessert
orders.



1.Deli-Good Vegetarian Lunch Selections
Florentine Lasagna
Created to please all, this vegetarian version of our classic includes wide noodles, cheese,
spinach, carrots, yellow squash, and zesty tomato sauce baked to perfection and served
piping hot.
Herb Buttered Cheese Tortellini
Another Italian favorite! Tasty pasta pockets filled with cheese and served with your
choice of herb butter or marinara sauce and fresh vegetables.
Quiche
For the lighter appetite, we recommend a flaky-crusted pie filled with a unique blend of
sour cream, cheese, and zucchini covered with seasoned bread crumbs and baked to a
golden brown.
Manicotti
Overstuffed pasta, bursting with ricotta cheese filling, topped with rich tomato sauce.

Beef Stroganoff
An Old World favorite, featuring beef smothered in sour cream mushroom sauce. Served
over noodles, rice, or puff pastry.
Lasagna
This house favorite features traditional meat lasagna layered with wide noodles, cheese,
and zesty tomato sauce.
Italian Rosemary Pork
Slow roasted loin of pork topped with garlic and rosemary.
Harvest Turkey
Moist slices of turkey breast topped with a cranberry, green pepper, and mushroom sauce.

Grilled Breast of Chicken
We offer two creative variations on this choice. For a unique taste, try our skinless breast
of chicken topped with honey Dijon sauce or a cranberry glaze.
Citrus Chicken
A skinless chicken breast marinated in juices and spices and topped with a citrus sauce.
Bali Chicken with an Indonesian Peanut Sauce
A skinless chicken breast marinated in soy sauce, lime, garlic, ginger and topped with a
flavorful peanut sauce.
Deep Dish Pizza
Various pizzas made with a choice of sausage, pepperoni, and vegetarian toppings.
Delivered hot to your meeting room with an assortment of sodas and mineral waters.
Soup and Sandwich
Choose from roast turkey breast, baked ham and Wisconsin Swiss cheese, or tender roast
beef, nestled in your choice of freshly baked hard roll or sourdough bread. Soup of the
day provides the perfect accompaniment.
Turkey Cranberry Wrap
A spinach tortilla filled with moist shaved turkey, romaine, red onions, green peppers and
a cranberry chipotle sauce. The wrap is accompanied by soup du Jour and fresh fruit.
Roast Beef Horseradish Wrap
A unique wrap of sun-dried tomato tortilla filled with shaved roast beef, a horseradish
cream cheese spread, romaine, red onions and sliced tomatoes. The wrap is accompanied
by soup du Jour and fresh fruit.

Asian Chicken Salad
A delicious combination featuring julienne chicken breast served atop a bed of spinach
and Napa cabbage, sprinkled generously with Chinese vegetables and almonds, and
complemented by sesame soy vinaigrette or spicy peanut sauce.
Chicken Caesar Salad
Tickle your taste buds with the familiar flavors of fresh romaine lettuce, homemade
croutons, and grated parmesan cheese served with creamy Caesar dressing and topped
with tender strips of grilled chicken breast.
Southwestern Chicken Salad
A grilled breast of chicken with shredded cheddar cheese, black bean and corn salsa,
diced tomatoes, green onions, and green peppers served over a bed of crisp romaine.
Tossed with cilantro lime or southwestern Ranch dressing.
Greek Chicken Salad
A delicious mix of spinach, romaine, and red cabbage topped with feta cheese, red
